A Champion for Women’s Services: Remembering Ali’s Leadership and Support

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Ali, our service manager. Ali has always been a champion for the women's service, encouraging and supporting us and our ideas. Ali wanted the service to be recognised and pushed us on to make this happen.

We had a lovely evening/night out with Ali at the awards ceremony that we will all remember. However, she trusted none of us to bring the award home and made sure it was safe in her handbag.

Ali has encouraged us as staff members and as people so much and we thank her for this.
